We are Us Based Call Center In Lahore.

We are looking for a experienced Call Center Supervisor, will be preferred who have experience of working on Solar Energy Campaign.

Job Description:

1: Responsible for Managing Vicidial/SoftPhone

2: Responsible for Managing Leads

3: Responsible for Managing Agents

4: Responsible for Managing And Answerable For Agents Performance

5: Responsible for Training New Batch

6: Responsible for Managing Agents Attendance

7: Responsible for Fulfilling Certain Sales Targets From Agents

8: Responsible for Contacting and resolving dialing issues and integrations with Voip Service Provider

9: Responsible for Managing Voip Balance

10: Any Other Task Assigned by Management

Required Skills:

  • Must have expert in using Vicidial/SoftPhone
  • Must have 3-5 years of Supervision Experience of Call Center
  • We required leaders, not Manager/Supervisor
  • Must have a proven success track record
  • Must have valid experience letter
