Overall Responsibilities:

• GM Enterprise PMO will be an executive role who will be responsible for ensuring effective delivery of projects and programs in the organization primarily for B2S rollout, implementation of tower ERP tool and ingestion of bulk sites.
•   The incumbent will assist the CEO with the overall executive direction for project management and align the senior management to ensure successful completion of key projects in accordance with established technical & HSE standards, project budget and defined timelines.
•   Provide the overall executive direction for the senior management pertaining to technical and operations functions to ensure successful completion of all projects.
•   Plan, review, validate and provide input for the project key requirements in terms of budget planning, costs, timelines, manpower requirements and develop controls for the effective project execution.
•   Liaisoning with interdepartmental functions in order to minimize delays to achieve Business Objectives of the company.
•   Monitor and investigate and provide key analyses of technical issues to the CEO and Board, including reports of findings, corrective action recommendations and supporting research

Requirements:

• BSc. Electrical/Telecom Engineering & (MBA or PMP Certified)
• 15 years of experience or more is preferred
• Extensive experience in a leadership role in enterprise transformation projects
• Experience in network rollout, build to suit site deployment, operations and relevant ERP tools
