| Job Description: |
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in Commerce), or equivalent Sales experience
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Take and process accurate information.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future
- Sales Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information and reporting to manager
- Clear understanding of the service and able to negotiate well.
- Persuading prospective clients to arrange meetings with the sales team member.
- Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them
- Call center experience will be preferred
