| Job Description: |
- Work with the team to ensure reply of all inquiries
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive traffic to content
- Develop relevant content to reach the company’s target customers.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written).
- Monitor, listen, and respond to orders in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
- Oversee design (ie: Social media graphics for Facebook cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, etc.).
- Monitor online reviews and respond to each review timely and with care.
Education & Skills Requirement
- Understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
- Exceeds at building and maintaining sales relationships, online and off.
- Practices superior time management.
- Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research and Google Analytics.
