| Job Description: |
We are a ladies fashion brand. All our customers are females.
- Order Taking through WhatsApp + Facebook Chat with our female customers
- Chat with multiple female customers on Facebook and WhatsApp with customers to give them complete product information
- Share different product pictures with the customer as per their demand. Answer all their questions. Make conversation with them.
- Handle multiple customers' all types of customer queries and complaints on WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram
- Note down itemised customer orders
- Handle all customer queries and tell them their orders’ status
- Forward customer orders to the dispatch team
- Prompt handling of all customer queries
- Give them information about payment and delivery.
- Be courteous and detail oriented in giving all product options to customers
Requirements:
- Good written and verbal communication
- Strong in using mobile phone and desktop computer
- Good typing speed on mobile phone and computer
- Strong decision-making and problem solving skills
