What we are looking for

Our company is searching for a motivated and experienced Compliance Associate to guarantee that our business processes and transactions follow all relevant legal, regulatory and internal guidelines.

The ideal candidate will be professional, highly-analytical, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description:

•  Implement and manage an effective technical, financial & banking, HSES, legal and regulatory compliance program.
• Research, develop and review company policies related to financial & banking, HSES, HR, legal and operations.
• Apprise management on the company’s compliance with internal policies set in place with lenders and financiers, local laws and regulations through detailed reports.
• Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
• Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risk.
• Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
• Help with documentation, research, presentations, policies and proposals as per company requirements 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, law, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
• Brilliant oral and written communication skills.
• Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail
• Good understanding of Financial Modelling
• 3-4 years’ experience will be a plus
