WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Total 8 to 10+ Years Exp


• 5-6 years hands on experience of software development


• At least Bachelor’s degree in software engineering / Computer Science from a local or international university.


• Experience with leading on Mobile and Software Projects


• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Client Facing Skills and presentable personality. 


• Excellent understanding and working knowledge of JAVA, Spring Ecosystem, Hibernate, Linux, and Tomcat.


• Strong understanding of software design patterns. 


• Proven experience of providing production support 


• Knowledge of CI/CD processes


• Understanding of Hadoop


• Working knowledge of JavaScript frameworks


• Developing existing systems by analyzing and identifying areas for modification. 


• Ensure adherence to engineering processes such as code reviews, source control, unit testing, use case analysis, detect management


• Leading operations such as Hiring, Delivery, Product enhancements


• Creating technical specifications and test plans (when needed)


• Lead sprint meetings.


• Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and customer-service skills, with the motivation and ability to function independently or as a team member


• Professional manners, demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels oŸ management and adapt to business needs.
