  • Responsible for servicing customers over phone on various products and services offered by bank.
  • Assist customer satisfaction and retention through successfully resolving customer issues as well as inquiries.
  • Route complaints/ requests to concerned departments.
  • Product specific training will be provided to all selected candidates.
