• Providing expertise on current business processes and procedures through business process documentation and according to defined methods.
• Designing and developing application extensions and customizations to bridge the gap between standard application functionality and business practices.
• Effectively liaisoning with key stakeholders to collect business requirement and future expectations.
• Participating in Future Process Modeling and Business Process Mapping to ensure that the critical business requirements and expectations of the key stakeholders are met.
• Conducting Q/C of the developing software to ensure format compliance and data accuracy.
• Providing technical & functional support on improvement of current business processes and procedures as per industry best practices.
