We are looking forward to hire a Call Center Team Lead who will be responsible for:
- Be in charge of running and managing the sales team daily
- Set target for Sales agents
- Helping and guiding sales agents in closing a sale
- Monitor all calls to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered.
- Ensure that clients are kept happy and satisfied at all times by providing prompt response and solutions to their challenges at all times
