Job Requirements:

• Preferably a Bachelor degree in Chemical engineering plus Master's degree in Sales and Marketing


• A minimum experience of 5 years in the field of sales and marketing of chemicals


• Experience in Chemicals distribution/trading will be preferred.

Job description:

• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual performance analysis/reports.


• Service existing accounts obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.


• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.


• Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned leading industrial customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration.


• Forecast sales to enable operations planning, introduce product innovations and maintain active memberships.


• Collaborate with R&D and BD Team to identify and grow opportunities within segment developing the region for maximizing the sales revenue and meeting the corporate objectives.


• Clearly understand market dynamics, new market needs and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitors


• Coordinate and assist finance/commercial department in case of account receivable and payable problems.


• Monitor and inform immediately potential uncollectible debts to Department Manager and finance/commercial department for appropriate further action.


• Evaluating and reviewing company's integrated operations, business practices, updating, streamlining opportunities, and eliminating non-value-added activities
