Job Description:

About the role

You will be responsible for various areas within the marketing and PR domain including but not limited to performance marketing, offline activations, copy writing, SEO, campaign development,

content development etc. If you think your skillset matches this then we would like to meet you!

Responsibilities

  • Devise strategy for KalPay’s digital & offline marketing across all verticals
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM and performance marketing
  • Maintain marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Create innovative growth strategies
  • Coordinate with teams to enhance user experience and support in creating any social media landing pages
  • Collaborate with agencies, vendors and carry out meaningful business conversations
  • Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
  • Developing and monitoring campaign budgets
  • Manage and Analyze Marketing Performance and trends.
  • Writing press releases and other media communications
  • Planning or directing the development of programs to maintain favorable public views of the organization's agenda and accomplishments.
  • Studying the organization's objectives, promotional policies, and needs to build public relations strategies that influence public opinion and promote products, ideas, and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, PR, marketing or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of consumer marketing.
  • An ability to work on big strategic plans as well as day-to-day tasks.
  • Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
  • Ability to pitch to media and the ability to run PR campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectives.
  • Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.
  • Understanding of social media platforms
  • Project and budget management skills.
  • Quick and enthusiastic learner and responds well under pressure with a strict time limit.
