We are an “IT Firm” mainly working in the E-commerce (eBay, Amazon, Etsy) Industry with clients worldwide but predominately in the USA.

The eCommerce Operations Executive will be responsible for performing a number of key tasks required to help streamline and manage the day-to-day operations of the company.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the tasks will include extensive reporting, follow-ups, and coordination to provide effective support to the different departments and day-to-day operations.                                     

‘Business Support / Operations Executive’ will have the following core responsibilities, in addition to other supplementary tasks:

• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client and vendor relationships
• Maintain daily reporting of the status of all shipments: from booking up till their closing
• Be proactive and keep a strong follow-up with customers to ensure timely replies to support tickets.
• Process orders, generate status reports, and follow up on unresolved queries.
• Provide radically awesome customer support
• E-commerce knowledge (eBay, Amazon, Etsy, etc.) is preferred but we provide full training for the right fit.

Preferred Skill sets and Personal Traits:

• The ideal candidates should have a strong command over MS Excel, and should be confident, have good communication skills, be well groomed, and have the ability to multi-task and work effectively & efficiently under pressure.
• Should be able to work from our office in Rawalpindi, Bahria Town, phase 7
