Job Description: |
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers by answering their inquiries, resolving their complaints, and providing relevant information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Providing customers with accurate and relevant information regarding our products and services.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Staying up-to-date with the companys services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Graduation, Master preferred.
- At least two years of customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
- Ability to work in deadline-driven environments.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
