Job Description: |
We are looking for a Chat Support Executive to join our team and help us provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer queries through chat, reaching out to specific customers on a daily basis, and maintaining customer data on Google Sheets.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries in English through chat in a timely and professional manner
- Proactively reaching out to specific customers daily to provide them with support and assistance
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers
- Maintaining customer data on Google Sheets and updating customer records as necessary
- Handling complex customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
- Continuously improving knowledge of products and services to better assist customers
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet software
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer queries simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on their feet
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment
