Mexa Global is looking for Truck Dispatchers who should have a good experience in the trucking industry and should be able enough to lead a dispatch team. We are a BPO outbound campaign, we are providing the responsible dispatching services to the USA carriers.

Responsibilities

• Contacting drivers and scheduling shipment deliveries and pickups.
• Communicating with customers and making note of any shipment handling requests.
• Determining and letting the customers know all the freight details.
• Ensuring that the deliveries and pickups are done as per the allocated timeline.
• Making a note of any route change requests.
• Generating and verifying freight bills and invoices.
• Checking the Truck Drivers' compliance with the transportation rules and regulations.
• Maintaining and updating drivers logs.
• Addressing customer shipment queries and complaints.
• Scheduling and monitoring truck repairs and maintenance.
• Negotiating freight charges with vendors and customers.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Truck Dispatcher.
• Familiarity with transport management and logistics software.
• Complete knowledge of the transportation regulations and requirement.
• Must have fluency in the English language.
