Salary: PKR 25,000 to PKR 40,000

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team and help us achieve our marketing goals for our academy. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and driving engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage social media marketing strategies for our academy on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp support.

• Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and leads for our academy.

• Create and curate content for our social media platforms that is consistent with our brand's voice and style.

• Respond to inquiries and customer service issues on WhatsApp support in a timely and professional manner.

• Monitor and analyze social media performance and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure social media campaigns align with overall marketing goals.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices and implement them into our social media strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing. (Will be given Priority)

• Experience managing Instagram and Facebook accounts for educational institutions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to create engaging social media content and campaigns.

• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
