| Job Description: |
- File monthly sales tax returns of all associated firms.
- File annual income tax returns of all associated firms.
- Submission of withholding tax statements.
- Complete the tax audits, and appeals and comply with notices received, liaison with FBR.
- Evaluate the party’s status & nature of payments.
- Evaluation of tax compliance regarding tax deduction on payments.
- Make sure the availability of exemption certificates of exempted parties.
- Supervised the staff salaries tax deductions & depositing of all branches.
- Follow up of party’s payments transactions on daily bases from all branches.
- Verification of tax deductions summaries & compiled data.
- Maintained & Verification of PSID (Payment Slip ID) before depositing of tax.
- Discuss the tax discrepancies with HOD on the verification of payment vouchers.
- Continues review of tax system and its improvements as per latest tax laws/procedures/practice.
- Resolving queries of sales personnel/customers with respect to any observations or remarks pertaining to tax issues
