Job Description:

As a trainee network support engineer, you are expected to perform following duties:Provide on-site/remote technical support to dealers/end-users.

Must be comfortable and familiar with PCs, Network Switches/Routers etc. Hardware and Software (Operating Systems / Networking / Application Software etc.).

Enthusiasm and willingness to Explore, Train for and adapting to new equipment/technology; that our highly dynamic surveillance industry offers (IP Video Surveillance, CCTV, DVRs).

Collaborate with other team members for survey/system design and installation tasks related to surveillance systems. Develop ability to carry out commissioning, troubleshooting, diagnosis & soft repair jobs related to Surveillance System/Network equipment.

Perform formal training & education for end users on System operations, applications and usage.
