- Direct, manage and coordinate logistics, warehouse, transpotation, and customer service activities. Lead and direct strategic 

- Responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, defining strategies for appropriate inventory levels. eleminating obsolete and off-spec material and reduce aging material

- Develop and maintain transportation system on domestic and international freight that ensures business needs are met.

- Manage document & data control system and ensure getting of proper documents from sales prior to dispatch, Pro-form invoice copy. Preparing certificate of origin from ministry of commerece & induistry

- Arranging and checking proper availability of stock before dispatching /loading schedule to tranport company/shipping line and booking containers with vessle date

- Prepaying and checking proper authorizatin letter for the port and border for smooth custom clearance for export by sea or by land tranpost or by air

- Compiling shipping documents, issuing and checking delivery note, packing list, commerical invoice, quality certificat, handover to tranport company or dispatching by courier to customer directly

Copy of documents by email to customer with full detail of shipment ETA/ETD, vessle detail.

Follow up with the bank for on time dispatching original documents to customer under LOC and get courier detail from the bank and infrom customer to release documents for their bank for custom cllearance cargo from port of on time.

- Getting confirmation from customer for smooth clearance of goods from the port or by road

Solving problem if any at the port of discharge by contacting local shipping company, ie.e release against bank guarantee, extending free No. of days of detention charge as per customer request

- Communicate freight transportation information to customers or suppliers, using transportation management, electronic logistics marketplace, or electroinc freight information system to improve efficiency speed or quality of services.

- Review global, national, or regional transportation or logistics reports for ways yo improve efficiency or minimize the environmental impact of logistics activities
