Job Description: |
- Must have working knowledge of (DNS Server, Web Server Apache, My SQL Database Server, FTP Server, Operating System: Centos & Ubuntu)
- Provide Technical Support to Clients in different regions
- Act as a key technical resource for management in maximum support of client’s issues.
- Installing and Updating Security and Software, Server auditing, Managing Logs. Troubleshooting problems, Installation and configuration ClamAV antivirus, Monitoring Websites.
- Provide Remote Administration for Linux Servers
- Provide hosting (Linux Based [Dedicated hosting] to clients and management of their servers accordingly.
- Must be able to provide 24x7 dedicated support through ticketing system, Live chat and over the phone to different clients in different regions
