We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Support & Implementation Executive to join our team. This position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Assist clients with software implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct software training sessions for clients, both one-on-one and in group settings.
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve software issues and enhance product functionality.
• Document client inquiries, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Stay up-to-date with product features, industry trends, and best practices.
• Assist in testing software updates and new releases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software support and implementation.
• Strong technical background and understanding of software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
• Able to work in both night and day shifts when required.
