| Job Description: |
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare and post journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts on a regular basis.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Assist in payroll preparation and related reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (tax, audit, etc.).
- Prepare financial reports for management review.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and company information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Proven experience (1 year) in accounting or finance roles.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP).
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent numerical and mathematical skills.
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
