| Job Description: |
Job Duties:
- Supervise recruitment, training, attendance, discipline, and duty allocation of security staff.
- Implement, monitor, and enforce company security policies, SOPs, and safety protocols.
- Control and monitor entry/exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles as per procedures.
- Conduct body searches and ensure compliance with security measures at all entry points.
- Ensure safety and protection of employees, Chinese officials, and company assets across all sites.
- Maintain, secure, and manage factory keys, weapons, and related documentation.
- Conduct regular inspections of factories, warehouses, colonies, and other facilities to identify and mitigate risks.
- Investigate thefts, misconduct, and security violations in coordination with HR/Admin.
- Prepare reports, support departmental planning, budgeting, and analysis of security activities.
- Report incidents promptly to the Manager Security and ensure 24/7 vigilance and compliance.
