Automation Technician (Microsoft Technologies & n8n) – 100% Remote -
Join Our Expert, Graduate & Student Programs – Shape the Future of Automation
Short Profile - Fixed salary + performance bonus (target-based).
We are hiring multiple technicians who are passionate about automation and modern Microsoft technologies. Important: You don’t have to be an expert in everything – we are hiring for
several clearly defined focus areas.
If you have solid knowledge in ONE of these areas and want to grow your skills, this is the right place for you.
Focus Areas – Choose - ONE or more - Your Track 1. Power Automate (Power Platform)
Design, implement, and operate automated workflows. You’ll work with error handling, monitoring, reuse (Solutions, Environments, Connection References), and ensure stable, scalable processes.
2. Bot Technology (Microsoft Copilot Studio / formerly Power Virtual Agents)
Design productive chatbots and assistants. Connect data sources, build conversational logic, and integrate bots with Microsoft Teams. Work with authentication (Azure AD), DLP policies, logging, and optional Copilot extensions. The goal: create practical bots – from FAQ assistants to automation triggers.
3. n8n Technology (Low-Code Automation)
Build complex, reusable automations using n8n, a flexible low-code platform. Connect APIs, databases, cloud services, and internal systems through visual workflows. Work with webhooks, API calls, data transformation (JSON, XML, CSV), triggers, error handling, and credentials management. Your goal: integrate diverse systems – complementing or extending Microsoft Power Automate and Azure-based processes.
4. APIs & Integrations (incl. Postman Development)
Connect systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and HTTP. Work with authentication methods like OAuth 2.0 or API keys, and design clean, maintainable data interfaces. Use Postman to test, document, and optimize endpoints (collections, environments, automated tests) and systematically analyze error patterns.
5. Azure Integration & AI (incl. Azure OpenAI/GPT)
Integrate Azure Cognitive Services (e.g. Form Recognizer, Computer Vision) and Azure OpenAI. Plan authentication, cost control, and content safety. Develop intelligent automations with GPT and AI services, and connect them via Power Automate or custom connectors.
6. Process & Workflow Design in the Microsoft Ecosystem
Design efficient end-to-end processes with Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams connectors. Use the Microsoft Graph API when appropriate, ensuring clear hand-offs, robust error handling, and measurable monitoring with practical business value.
