| Job Description: |
We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager to lead and supervise our field sales operations. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in managing sales teams, achieving sales targets, ensuring timely recovery, and maintaining strong customer relationships in the manufacturing industry — preferably in Chipboard, Particle Board, or related manufacturing products.
The candidate should be proactive, commercially minded, and willing to travel extensively across different regions to monitor field activities, guide staff, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and support field sales and recovery staff.
- Develop and implement effective field sales strategies to achieve company sales and recovery targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments from clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
- Prepare and analyze field sales reports and submit updates to management.
- Ensure all field staff follow company policies, sales SOPs, and ethical business practices.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments for smooth business operations.
- Plan and execute commercial marketing activities to increase brand visibility and product demand.
- Travel frequently to monitor market performance and support sales teams in different regions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in sales, supervision, and recovery within the manufacturing industry.
- Prior experience in Chipboard, Particle Board, or related products is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be willing to travel frequently.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and recovery targets.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in commercial marketing and field sales management.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing and building material sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
