Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing a retail store in the martial arts or boxing field.Strong knowledge of martial arts and boxing products.At least 4-5 years of store management experience.Hands-on experience with ERP systems for inventory and sales management.Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage inventory, stock procurement, and ERP system reporting.Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets.Maintain product knowledge and ensure product display standards.Implement marketing and promotional activities related to martial arts and boxing.

Strong familiarity with martial arts and boxing equipment and brands.Proficiency in ERP software related to retail management.
