| Job Description: |
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes efficiently Record and maintain invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely entries Oversee daily stock-in and stock-out records Prepare and maintain ledgers for goods received and goods sold Assist in financial reconciliations and reporting Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth accounting operations
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role Hands-on experience with ERP software or related accounting systems Strong knowledge of accounting principles and documentation Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools
